If adult family members are eligible to join the CSRC then they can join the club and ride with you. Unfortunately children are not eligible to join the club and ride with us. However, venues like Trent Park where we ride can cater for children’s lessons.
We are confident that we offer riding for all levels and interests, so unfortunately it is not possible to ride at any of our venues before joining. You will need to be a member to take advantage of all the unique opportunities. The membership of £20 a year is very good value and we’re confident you’ll find something for you at one of our different venues once you’ve joined us. The one exception to this rule is that we sometimes offer ‘never ridden a horse before’ taster sessions – to allow complete beginners to see if horse riding is for them. Those sessions are open to non-members. Please contact the club for the next date.
If you are a member of the CSSC, it costs £20 for your annual membership fee for our club, the CSRC. In return you get access to very good value riding lessons and hacking, ranging between £25 and £45 per hour for lessons and hacks. We often put on subsidised events for our members, making clinics or long rides more affordable!
If you are not a member of the CSSC, you can become a CSRC Associate Member for £50 (Civil Servants) and £60 (non-Civil Servants). Proof of CS status should be sent when payment is made.
